Dear Professional colleague,

       My employer is asking for original proof for loss from house property (24b Interest on house loan), but I am unable to provide the same because the payment of EMI of housing loan will be 25th March,2015. Please suggest me way out of this situation, with reference to income tax law/circular any notification or requted books.

Hi,

Many banks provide provisional interest certificate, You can obtain a provisional interest certificate from Bank and submit it to your employer.
