1. Can VAT be over and above the MRP.
Lets say MRP of the product is Rs. 400 with VAT rate of 5%. Shall VAT be caculated as Rs. 400*5/105 which is inclusive method or the same should be Rs. 400*5%, which is over and aobove the MRP of the product.
2. If any person is charging the same over and above then what kind of legal remedy can be availed by the customer.
