Can a partner of Firm sign tax audit assignment on behalf of other partner ? The limit of Tax assignment will be counted by each individual or overall firm limit. |

A Firm of CA is appointed as Auditor not any Individual CA , yes any partner can sign tax audit report on behalf of Firm.
Tax audit will be counted on overall firm basis as firm is appointed for audit not any individual CA

but ceiling limit of tax audit will be counted on individual basis. However one partner can sign on the behalf of other. |
