Dear All,
The topic as evident from the meaage title is that "Developing and printing of exposed film rolls and negatives brought in by customers" will be treated as works contract.
The issue is not yet finalised by the Apex Court. There are contraditory judgements on the issue.
Recently there are judgements of two high courts (Madras and Gauhati) giving different views i.e. one HC treated the same as works contract while the other said not a works contract.
I would like to have inputs from all the experts/members of the CA Sansaar so that a meaningful inter[pretation can be given to the same.
