My friend files his IT return through CA the file was under scrutiny by I.T. Department He has filed all the relevant information in IT Retrun. CA inform through notice to assessee requesting for certain information/ documents and he says this is required by IT Officers for prcesessing scrutiny. the bondafides of CA is doubt ful can CA serve notice to Assesse what if CA is black mailing for collecting more money what prevents IT Officer to serve notice directly to assessee please clarify |
