Sensex is a index and its up and down is a summary of all company listed with the index. and calculation can be done taking effect of all listed companies with the sensex |

Sensex ups & Downs are realted with 30 shares listed in it and their corresponding ups & down subject to their weightage in Sensex

Such 30 companys' share values wil be multiplied with weights (as fixed) and gives market value... basing on such sum of all market values... at different point of time.. points wil be increased/decreased. |
