My self is CA Naresh Jindal practsing chartered accountant since 2003 in Sangrur (Punjab). My querry is whether surrender made ( In the shape of advances to persons) during survey conducted before The Taxation Laws (Second Amendment) Act, 2016 will covered u/s 115BBE or not. If yes but will be the rate of taxes. Please discussed if any one knows about it. |
