Suppose an actor is acting in a ad film forwhich he charges the ad agency a sum of Rs.1500000. Whether the actor is liable to service tax collection. If yes under what head the actor is liable to service tax

To my limited knowledge, I think that there is no Service Tax on Acting itself but Ad Agency has to charge ST on their bill to the ultimate client for whom they made an advertisement. So the services of Ad making Agency is liable to ST and not the activiy of Acting per se.
