What is the procedure for applying tin no. under up vat?

you shoul go to up vat site and first fill the form available on site than submit online...after submitting online form for registration hard copy of the same with supporting documents should be submiited to concern range office...than after department will do visit the office address given in form...than after tin no will be alloted...
