| Prakash Sinha (FCA) aged about 47 years, is the senior partner of the firm. He has Post Qualification experience of about 22 years. During the passage of time he has developed himself in the Taxation advisory and litigation services , Business Advisory Services , Management Consultancy services covering the whole Corporate & Commercial matters and regulatory issues. He has got the experience and expertise in the FEMA, Corporate law matter, Taxation matter including the International Tax and Transfer pricing matters. He was a member of the Research Study Group constituted by Northern India Regional council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on the International Taxation and WTO matters. He has successfully completed the Certificate course of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on the subject of International Taxation and Transfer Pricing, Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). Further he has completed the course of IFA (International Fiscal Association) Delhi Chapter on the Subject of International Taxation and Transfer Pricing. He has completed the LLB and Intermediate course of Company Secreteryship and in the final one group is remaining. He has handled various assignments successfully in the areas of firm practice. |
