| Mr. Udesh Ghasoliya enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2008 and has an experience of more than 12 years in the industry and the profession. He established the Firm – ‘Ghasoliya And Company.’ in 2010 and brought it up to the level it is today with other business associates & a long list of satisfied clients. He has pursued his professional goals in an active manner while simultaneously working on social platforms as well.
He was formerly associated with Indian Oil and Corporation Limited as Accounts Officer in Manglore. Before That He worked as Audit Manager in Sharp and tannam Associates located at Mumbai. He also worked with A. Khan and Company for having deep insight of profession so that he could provide his services with the excellence , Integrity and in the best possible way.
He is well versed with Direct Taxation and has over the years acquired proficiency in Indirect taxation matters as well. He is based at Sikar and is looking after Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxes and Company Law at Sikar. His industrial experience includes service with the following companies-Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Manglore , India Infoline Limited, Mumbai , Union Bank of India, Baroda Rajasthan kshetriya Gramin Bank, Ajmer Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited, Punjab National Bank
Mr. Udesh Ghasoliya is the Managing Partner of the firm and in that capacity looks after the entire range of practice relating to Audit, Direct Taxes including planning for corporate & non-resident Indians and rendering of Consultancy on Accounting, Company Law, Taxation matters.
He is Having Good Exposure to SAP, Finnacle, Tally , Microsoft Excel, Computax and various accounting software.
