Share in profit (in %) will be mentioned as per cut off date 01-01-2016 or Financial year 2014-15 because in our firm two partner have joined on dated 01-04-2015.If we will mentioned share of profit (in %) as per financial year 2014-15 then no any column in MEF form for mention new partner profit sharing ratio in firm.
Query 2- Q no 24. Please fill in experience in the following sectors in last 5 years:
ICAI has asked experience in last 5 year so I want to know, when our firm have experience in manufacturing sector from last 35 year then what will be mentioned in experience column 5 year or 35 year
Query 3 Q No.26. No.of Statutory Audits done for the Financial Year 2014-15
We want to know that Audit allotted by CAG will be included or not for calculation of No of company.
