I cannot say with much surety, but this kind of error is reflected many a times temporarily due to many factors like: 1. some technical problem in the site itself, so try after some time. 2. some pop ups would be blocked on ur system, so pls check that as well. 3. Check that u have proper version of java downloaded on ur system, n that it is working properly. , And if all the above mentioned things are working properly, then pls contact the person from whom u have prepared this DSC, and tell him about this problem, he/she will surely help you, n there is one more way out, u can contact MCA21 helpdesk, call them tell ur problem, they will be able to help u out.

All users using mentioned services on MCA21 are required to have Windows XP ( SP3 )/ Windows Vista/Windows 7 and JDK 1.6 updated version 30 installed on their machine.
We also suffered with the same problem. After discussing with the MCA officials, we got solution to this problem.
To check whether u have SP3 or SP2, you can follow the following steps:-
1) right click on "my computer" icon
2) go to properties
3) it will be clearly visible whether it is SP2 or SP3 |

One more thing you could give a try is. . If you are using a windows 7 laptop than open your internet explorer by using right click and than selecting "use as administrator" option. . Not very much sure but that could help. . |
