Hello, Is form no. 15 CB required to obtailn every time, while doing remittance to a single party every month, is a fresh form 15 CB required every time or by obtaining once we can remitt every time. |

you have to obtain every time Form No.15CB. it is immaterial thing In case of remittance to single or No. of parties.

| yes each time when you make the payment to foreign party, you need fresh form 15CB duly certified by CA. |

| Certificate in form of 15CB is not required in case the foreign remittance being made is not taxable in nature, viz 15CA/CB is applicable only if a person is responsible for payment to a non resident, any interest, any salary or any other sum chargeable to tax as per provisions of Act. |

| For every remittance a 15CB certificate is required even if it ayment to the same party. Also for each remittance you are required to upload Form 15CA on the income-tax efiling website |

| If you are doing payment once at the end of the year then only one time 15 cb required but you have to mention all the monthly payment details in that certificate. But if you are remitting to party every month then it requires 15CB certificate every time.
