Assessee has received notice of demand under section 156 for no dedution TDS on specified income which actually deposited under wrong head ???? |

| ITS NOT A BIG ISSUE GO TO THE A.O TOLD HIM THAT U HAD DEPOSITED IN WRONG HEAD HE WILL ASK U TO REVISE IT... THEN GO FOR IT

| simply revise the tds return, after that give letter to AO(TDS) |

| what is written in your TDS certificate issued to you be the deductor, is the TDS certificate is also wrong? |
