One of my client is running one Crusher Unit.he supplied the stone chips to various Factory and Contractor with his own Dumpher. and issued two bill one bill for stone chips and another bill for transpotation of stone chips now i want to know that whether any service tax liability incurred on my client or not |

| Dear Sunil Ji, As far i concern your client has to pay service tax on the transportation bill raised by your client if and only if the purchaser is not ready to pay the service tax on transportation bill on reverse charge basis.
If the purchaser is ready to pay the service tax on transportation charges on reverse charge basis then there is no need to pay any service tax by your client in the above mentioned case, otherwise he has to pay the same.
In case of sale of stone chips there is no service involve and that will not come under the net of service tax.
