Sir/Madam,For claiming Refund under APVAT Act, Original Purchase Tax Invoice is required under the VAT Act,some of the Invoices were not received by client, the Supplier is ready to give the same asby Marking as Duplicate is it Sufficcient for claiming Refund because Tax Authorities were asking as per Act,they require Original Tax Invoice is the stand taken by the Department is Viable or Not under VAT Act, if there is any decided case law Please refer the same.
