Chartered ko banaya cost accountant ye zulm kya kam tha hum par jo itni jaldi parliament ne ek aur ghatak prahar kar diya hum par.....

unka passed bill ke anusar CA jis company ka auditor ho and uss company mein ko scam pakra jata hai, than wo CA is responsible and uss CA par 3 times the amount of default ki penalty levy ki jayegi!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ye koi mazak chal raha hai kya??????

jo log bills pass karte hai kya unn logo ko iss cheez ka matlab bhi pata hai????? isse choro kya unhe auditor ka real meaning pata hai???????????

if not, than its for their clarification that auditor is just a watch dog, he is not a blood wound..... his responsibility is to present a view on a that the financial statements of the company present a true and fair view...

if the company is doing some serious scams how the auditor will detect that...how will he come to know about that..its the management of the company who is responsible for the presentation and taking care of financial statements of the company....

thus, management should be held responsible for such scams and not the auditor!!!!!!!!!!

jo penalty clause bill mein pass hua hai against the CA's that means GOVT thinks that CA provokes such scams.... as if Chartered's are the ones who gives such ideas to the management....

why such blames are imposed on CA's and our profession????????? why this injustice is being done to us?????????????

what the Govt thinks from where will a CA bring the amount of penalty???????? will the ICAI come to pay or the Govt will pay it from their own pockets????????? 

jis tarah se CA prof ko news mein laya ja raha hai usse toh yahi lagta hai that since we have brand repo and have never shared bad repo in news thats why its their own way of bringing bad repute to our prof!!!!!

but the ques is what our management doing against all these issues??????// why they are quite??????????????
