Why are people wary of introducing changes in their Company?
First, Change is uncomfortable -: Anyone who has attempted to change even his and her behavior even when it would have obvious benefits. For Example, exercising more regularly, eating heather food, developing the talent, etc. Knows how difficult it can be. Knowing this, the thought of introducing change the required large number of people and many of whom won’t see the benefit of changes as to systematically adopt better behaviors has the potential to be so uncomfortable that rather than intimate large scale of changes. Leader either largely accepts the status quo, or settles for merely incremental performance improvement.
Second the fear of failure-: A series of different case studies conclude that between seventy percent and eighty percent of major corporate change efforts fall far short of achieving their promised result.
