In FY11-12 a private limited company did not have any operations/work. Thus its Balance Sheet and P&L are literally zero values. Will this company still have to prepare all the Annexures etc. of Schedule VI (even though they will be 'NIL' and just blank template) and file complete set,? Or can it just prepare & file only the relevant Annexures (e.g. Annexure showing Share Capital, Audi
