Dear Expert
Please provide the detail regarding computation of total income under head capital gain of NRI. one of my client is now resideces in london and he had soldout his ancestral property in fy 2017-18, now i have to file its ITR. I have one doubt that Indexation benifit can avail a NRI ? or only cost of acquisition will be less from sales consideration. suggest me please. |
