ICAI Council decided that the General Management and Communication Skills (GMCS) Programme,will be organize twice during the period of articled training. Both are for 15 days & fees for each programme will be Rs.6,500/- as decided by council. Further details are below:

(1)  GMCS-I  (15 days)  -  during 1st year of articled training (Student may satart                                       at any time during 1st year)

(2)  GMCS-II  (15 days)  -  after completion of 18 months of training but                                                    before completion of articled training

This GMCS-I & II Programme will be applicable on those students, who will be registered for articled training on or after 1st May, 2012.

Students, who are already registered or undergoing articleship before the 1st May, 2012 are eligible for old GMCS programme. The fee for each programme of GMCS I & II shall be Rs.6,500/- only.

Dear sir

I have registered as a article from 27.04.2012 but submitted Form No.103 on 04.06.2012. I want to know that am i eligible for old GMCS programme?

if your form is dated as 27/04/2012 then you are not eligible
