As usual I read here about CA not getting jobs... Courses tough.... n many more...
1. IS CA REALLY NOT GETTING JOBS?? OR ARE THEIR PAY PACKAGE NOT UPTO TO THE MARK THAT CA FRESHERS EXPECT??
2. ARE NOT FRESHERS CA EXPECTING MORE THAN THEIR ABILITY??? ARE THEY THAT MUCH ELIGIBLE TO EXPECT HIGH?
3. WE ALL KNOW MORE THE PACKAGE BY COMPANY MORE THE EXCELLENCE IS EXPECTED FROM CA IN WORK..
4. ( FOR STUDENTS)- ARE WE REALLY STUDYING CA COURSE "MAAN LAGAKE"?? OR JUST TO PASS BY TAKING EXCESSIVE SHELTER OF COACHINGS ( who provide a mere 40-50 questions in 1 chapter)?? AND WE JUST DO IT 3-4 TIMES WITHOUT READING IT PROPERLY.
5. FINALLY LET US NOT COMPARE OUR PROFESSION WITH MBA.. (Every courses are unique)
Why MBA get more pay than CA?? Is it because they have powerful communication skills.., work in a smarter way... and more exposure into finance field??? True Fact: Many CA's ( freshers) feel uncomfortable to present any project in front of management because they donot have experience in it and in current scenerio I think to be manager not only Books but Presentation skills are also important.
So, instead of "HAAM CA HAIN" ka Jhanda leke daudne se to acha kuch sikho aur try to be different.
Try to have a fair knowledge of DTC, GST, IFRS,SAP... etc...
WE STILL HAVE TO PROGRESS A LOT... AND WE WILL...
IGNORE THE CASE OF REFERENCE WHICH IS ALSO THE REASON OF CA'S NOT GETTING JOB..
