1. Any Corporate Debtor undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process
2. Any Corporate Debtor against having completed Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process during preceding 12 months from the date of making application.
3. Any Corporate Debtor or any Financial Creditor who has violates any terms of the Resolution Plan which was approved during preceding 12 months from the date of making application under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
4. Any Corporate Debtor in respect whom order of liquidation has been made.
