Both are good, both having their pros and cons. Its totally depends on your interest and links. 

Whats your Long Terma Goal. if you gt good jobe then Jobs is better else Practice to hai naa....

From knowledge point of view and long term potential practice is good but if you want immediate money,go for industry...

in long term practice is always better becouse u make many new relation,

i would also say both, but one think must be feeling you which you want to go wtih really and having more intrest in that particular place to work if JOB get it start  .. or PRACTICE can increase your potential level of skills which can make you more confident over your CA abilities!

if u r financially sound than go for practice.....otherwise go for job
