Organisation is deduction PF in TWO different way
1. For Employee on Contract - 780 Rs. on 6500 (min prescribed limit)
2. For permanent Employee - 12% of Basis which may be 780 or more (12% of 16000)
My question is - by doing this (Different rule for different employee in same organisation ) are this organisation violationg any rules of PF Act or any other Act. |
