Dear Friends,
I want to know that where to register the partnership firm. Earlier there was an office in Patperganj Industrial Area where firms and societies are registered. But now some people are saying that that office is no more there and now the firms are registered area wise.
Could you please tell me where to register firm if the firm is located in Mayur Vihar.

A partnership firm has to be registered (optional) with the office of the Registrar of Firms of the respective State. This is a state subject and registerable under the law and Act and its Rules of the respective State. Kerala RoF has made registration online. The registration is not mandatory. So I respectfully disagree withh all answers given above. Kindly excuse.
