Totally agrre with all of you,

TDS deducted in a month need to be deposited by the 7th of Next month but any Tax DEDUCTED during the month of march need to be deposited by 30th April.

Rule..Tds deducted in a month is to be deposited to the 7th of next month.

Exception of the Rule:   Tds deducted in the month of march is to be deposited on 30Th April.

In case of Salary, are you talking about the employer's liability to remit the TDS deducted or employee's liability(Form 16)??
