Comapny had taken part in Water Expo in Ahmedabad.
Now company got the bill amounting to Rs. 1,10,000 including service tax from the company who gives the space for participating in that Expo.
So whether comapny should deduct TDS on the same or not while making payment to that comapny ??????
and if yes then under whitch Section ??????
