Today I've gone to ICAI to ask If CA will not sign the form 108 after completion of 3 years articleship what is the procedure ??
Counsellor of Article Section gave such stupid answer that there is no other alternative other than mutual understanding between Principal and Article. So, he told to just request your principal by joining your hands . He also told that no action will be taken if article will also fill Form 119 . This shows that CA regulation is just to show not for Implementation..
This clearly shows that ICAI is totally opposite of Article and always in favour of their member only.
