Who is better : Inhouse internal auditors or outsourced auditors

In my opinion outsourced auditors are best, if they can equip themselves with proper understanding of the entity under audit, up dated knowledge.  He would be impartial if the appointing authorities so desired.

can you outsource PA and Driver, instead of appointment.......if yes, you can very well outsource any job form outside BUT in reality, there are couple of Logics to apply, which Mr. Mukherjee forgot to take into Account.

Internal Auditing is nothing to do with the Expertise which a CA ensures rather it needs Very High IQ level,analytical mind, Loyality and a sixth sense belongingness to the organisation, WHICH NO OUTSIDE or OUTSOURCED SERVICE Guarntees., However the organisation can SINK in absence of all these things.
