| CA. Arun Ahuja is the founder of the firm. On 24th June, 1994, he established a firm called Ahuja Arun & Co. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce. He is practicing since 1991 and he is in-charge of the firm’s Taxation & Audit Matters.Â
Arun has rich experience in the field of taxation laws (Direct & Indirect), statutory compliances under various laws, company law, auditing, corporate finance, restructuring, profit enhancement planning, system designing & implementation, non-residents exchange control regulations, services relating to setting up of liaison/project office in India, services relating to setting up of STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) & 100% EOU (Export Oriented Unit), etc.Â
He is General Secretary of non-profit voluntary organization ‘Tax Law Educare Society’ for last nine years. He is the chief editor of the monthly newsletter and other tax publications of the society and is actively involved in selection of articles to be published in the newsletters of the Society. He has participated in various seminars & workshops of Tax Law Educare Society and given various presentations on tax matters. |
