| I am a Chartered Accountant with a Six Sigma from Honeywell Inc. with 30 years of ™ experience, I had worked in Multinational companies like Honeywell Inc, Pearson (Penguin Books), and large Indian Companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Apollo Tyres Ltd, Great Eastern Energy Corporation, Oberoi Group of Hotels and Public health Foundation of India (PHFI) as Vice President (Finance)/ CFO and Chief Financial Consultant at The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India
I have good command in Audits ( Statutory, Internal/ Management Audits), Management Consultancy, Organization Restructuring Controller-ship function, General Accounts, Taxation (both Direct and Indirect Tax), Corporate Law Compliance, ERP implementations (have done four ERP implementations in earlier jobs), Bank Financing (term loan, ECB, NCD issuance, etc), Supply Chain, Legal and Corporate Governance.
I also have diverse experience in multi-disciplinary industries for large projects/ PPP models, dealt with various geographies, international exposure and matrix reporting, detailed business case preparations, arrangement of funds, turning around working capital and worked on Six Sigma Projects.
