I am a Hyderabad based Chartered Accountant (Not Holding COP) with over 25 years of Post Qualification Experience. My last assignment was as CFO of a Company, where I was responsible for Rs. 6,000 Crores of Loan Restructuring. I presently have a Consulting Company (Private Limited), that Focuses on Strategy and Financial Consultancy.
I am very keen on working on a B2B Model, in which I provide service to Clients of CA Firm’s, instead of directly providing service to the Clients (with the Billing being done to the Client by the CA Firm and me Billing the CA Firm) {There could be many instances where I need not meet the client – I can provide inputs to the CA’s who can implement it directly}.
This Model should work well, as there is no Conflict of Interest, since I am not into Conventional Practice (e.g. Accounting/ Auditing/ Tax) nor do I wish to get into it. I believe this would be a Win – Win for the CA Firms and Me.
I can provide service anywhere in India (I have a reasonably good working knowledge of many Languages including English, Hindi/ Rajasthani, Kannada plus basic comfort with Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati etc. Plus I am comfortable dealing with all types of Promoters including Orthodox Ones).
