| I am a Chartered Accountant and have recently qualified CA examinations in May 2012. I am a Commerce Graduate and have qualified with First Division in 2009. I have completed General Management & Communication Skiils programme conducted by ICAI. I have completed my Article ship training from M/s Umesh Chand & Company, a reputed CA firm in Nehru Place which has total 5 offices and 7 partners and well qualified staff of more than 70 team members. The Firm is having variety of work including assignments from Multinational Companies.
During article ship tenure I had multi facet experience of handling assignments related to Accounting Finalisation of Accounts, E-filing of Income Tax , TDS & Service Tax Returns, Company Secretarial Work-Filing of Annual Accounts, DIN Forms, Formation of Company, etc. Audit including Concurrent Bank Audi, Insurance Audit, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Special Audit, Tax Planning, Consultancy and Review of Internal Control Systems and various other assignments for Companies, Firms, Individuals & HUF.
You will find me comfortable on the Computers and have worked extensively on MS Office and various Accounting packages. During article ship at times I had experienced working on assignments with strict deadlines.
