| I am a Practicing Company Secretary and a Lawyer and have an experience of over 12 years. I have been practicing in the field of Corporate Laws, Secretarial Audits, Legal Drafting, Compliances, NBFC, FEMA & RBI and SEBI, Stock and Commodity Market Exchange Regulation, Advisory of Listed and unlisted companies and related matters. I have also been Member Women Empowerment Committee NIRC-ICSI. Have recently qualified as a certified CSR professional. Also qualified from IIM Bangalore in Entrepreneurship program. I have been associated with the various ICSI Chapters as a faculty and addressed at various platforms. Have also been speaker at various colleges and institutions. |
