CA(Dr.) Vikas Singh Solanki is a Chartered Accountant has post qualification experience for more than twenty one years. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has done post qualification course “DISA†on Information System Audit from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has excelled professionally by completing LLB and LLM. He had meritorious academic and proven excellent professional track record in the past. He had been conferred Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) under topic of ‘Foreign Direct Investment in India’.
CA(Dr.) Solanki has authored a book on “Foreign Direct Investment in Indiaâ€. He was nominated as member of Regional Direct Tax Advisory Committee by Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. He has worked as advisor to the Special Police Establishment, Lokayukt Organisation. He was appointed as advisor to the State Bureau of Investigation of Economic Offences (EOW). CA(Dr.) Solanki has worked in the capacity of “Aayog Mitra†for Human Rights Commission. He played vital role in the capacity of member of ‘Bye Laws Drafting Committee’ of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management (ABVIIITM), a deemed university set up by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. He has worked as independent (non executive) director in a listed company. He had been member in the Board of many reputed schools.
CA(Dr.) Solanki has expertise in Direct Tax i.e. Income Tax matters. He has actively played crucial role in tax planning, assessment and appellate proceedings under Income Tax for his esteemed clients. CA(Dr.) Solanki has been providing his exemplary services in the field of financing. He deals in individual finance, project finance and corporate finance. He has rendered his excellent services in different sectors like Leather Industry, Chemical Industry, Hi-Steel Fabrication Industry, Infrastructure, Hotels, Hospitals and Health Services, Transportation, Real Estate, Various Service Sectors and Joint Ventures etc.
