He has been associated with tier 1 tax firms such as Ernst & Young and Deloitte Haskins & Sells in past where he has advised his clients on various domestic and international taxation matters such as inbound/outbound structuring, Analysis of intermediary jurisdictions, Modes of investment, forms of presence, Tax efficient structuring of transactions etc.
He has handled corporate tax litigation before HC and ITAT and specialized assignments such as Special Audits under Income tax Act, Block assessments in the case of search proceedings etc.
Gaurav has hands on experience in handling transfer pricing assignments for his domestic and international clients.
He has worked for clients in various industries such as Auto components, Consumer electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace & Defense, Logistics, Real estate, Hotels etc.
