| I am a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience of 21 years in Finance, Accounting and Audits, including 10 years of Finance Controllership in IT/ITES industry. I am also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
I have specialized in Banking and Funds Management, Monthly Closure of Accounts, MIS Reporting, Finalization of Annual Accounts, preparation and analysis of Cash Flow Statements and Consolidated Statements, General Ledger (GL), Statutory/ Tax/ Internal reporting, Interacting with Statutory Auditors, (including substantial exposure to Big 4 Auditors) and Tax Planning.
After working for 18 years in auditing and industry, I am presently (since the last 3.5 years) offering my services as a Financial Consultant to individuals in the area of Personal Taxation and Financial Planning and to small business organizations in the area of Treasury Management and Process Management (Outsourcing).
I am looking for contractual work in the field of Business Process Management (Outsourcing) such as Book Keeping, Management Reporting, Payroll processing, Accounts Receivable and Payable management, employee taxation handling, statutory compliances, etc which can be undertaken on assignment/ sub contract/ business partnership basis. |
