| I am a Chartered Accountant currently working as a Deputy Manager in Finance & Accounts Department in Indag Rubber Limited – A Khemka Group Company from March 2019.
I also have five years of experience of working as an Audit Team Leader & Member in Arun K Gupta & Associates a Chartered Accountant Firm from December 2013 to February 2019.
I did my Articleship from Arun K Gupta & Associates from 17th August 2010 to 16th August 2013.
In my employment in Indag Rubber Ltd, I am responsible for GST compliances, Treasury Operations, Controlling AP function of entity, Authorization of all purchase & expense vouchers, Payroll processing, Amending of Process Notes/SOP’s as per current practice & accordingly updating of RCM’s, Identifying of process gap and fulfill the same with controls, Responsible for statutory compliance of entity, Liaising with internal auditors & statutory auditors for timely completion of audit, Updating to Team for recent updates in Taxation/Processes.
I have also actively participated in assisting my colleague for preparation of monthly Profitability to Directors, Reconciliation of CO/FI, Quarterly Financial Statement as per IND AS and preparation of Results as per SEBI for stock Exchange, Budget Variance analysis.
During my Employment and Articleship in Arun K Gupta & Associates, I had a great exposure of Auditing of Listed Companies (Internal, Statutory, Tax and NBFC Audit), Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statement with sound knowledge of Indian GAAP/IND-AS, handful practice on various ERP packages (RAMCO and Tally) and also a sound knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
I had cleared my Chartered Accountancy in May 2019 and Masters in 2019 in Commerce stream.
I have also completed IND-AS certificate course from ICAI in 2020.
