Mr. SUDHIR KUMAR JAIN, F.C.A, has a wide and rich experience of more than 25 years in various areas of the profession. He started his career in 1987 as a direct tax consultant in the conventional area of taxation, accounting, finance & auditing. He had rendered services to large multinational, family owned companies, small and medium enterprises, as well as individuals. Services rendered include tax advice, tax opinions, tax litigation, tax audits, compliance and special project. He had extensive knowledge of the entire tax law, whilst also being specialized in certain specific aspects of the law. With the knowledge, integrity and professionalism, clients feel confident that their advisor can provide them with solutions to any tax issue that may arise. He had provided advice and appears at all levels of appeal of tax trails and when needed, works with lawyers for representation of cases at the high court and the Supreme Court.
He served a vast variety of clients. Our corporate clients include Indian companies in the finance sector, energy industry, Aluminium, infrastructure, Ice, IT sector, steel, forging, mining, automation industry, galvanizing and engineering business.
