| Holds masters degree in commerce and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. He is currently pursuing studies on the Company secretaries’ course. He is having good hands on experience in audits comprising of Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Financial Management, Taxation etc., He is well versed in providing services comprising of Financial Analysis, Company Law, Accounting and Auditing Standards etc.,. During his corporate career at Infosys as Manager Operations, Sachin was responsible for ensuring all financial regulatory and statutory requirements are met to the highest standards. He also has a background of Global Market research for about 3 years for a Middle East Equity research Investment banker and has been instrumental in preparing weekly newsletters and report writing. Prior to Infosys he worked as an audit manager in a Chartered Accountant firm handling Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Accounting & Taxation areas.
