| Myself CA Shikha Agarwal, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), practicing since 2011.
Presently designated as Partner of M/s V S Agarwal & Associates (Chartered Accountants), Ahmedabad. Migrated to Ahmedabad from Jamshedpur in September 2014 and developing my practice here. Before joining practice I had worked as an Assistant Manager with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, at Jamshedpur & Kolkata for three and half years with the Statutory Audit Department.
I have 9 years of hand on experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Pre Audit, Statutory Audit and Concurrent audit of Banks, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Finalization of Accounts, Service Tax, TDS related matters, VAT, Company Law Matters, Internal control, Corporate compliance & Secretarial matters, Book Keeping and having thorough knowledge of Indian Accounting & Auditing Standards. |
