I have expertise in the field of Secretarial Work like Drafting Minutes, Notices, Resolutions, Statutory Register, Legal Documents etc.; Accounting in Tally ERP 9 and Busy Accounting Software; Direct Tax such as Income Tax including E-TDS, Wealth Tax; Indirect Tax such as Excise, Vat, Service Tax, Custom; Payroll; FEMA; Labour Laws; Listing Compliances; Company Law matters, ROC work, Preparation of Financial Statement including Cash Flow Statement in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards & Taxation provisions, Statutory Audit, Recurring Audit, Secretarial Audit, Takeover Code, Corporate Restructuring, Corp/EDIFAR filing, Dematerialisation of securities, SEZ/EOU, Issue of Shares etc.
