News about Bank Branch Audit-Allotment of Branches.
RBI has released the list for Bank branch audit & email received from following banks :-
( PNB, SBBJ, SBOP, Allahabad Bank, BOM, SBM, SBT, Bank of India, Andhra Bank, Dena Bank, SBI, BOI, Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank, UBI, BOB, CBI, Vijaya Bank, UBI, UCO Bank, OBC, Corporation Bank, Indian Bank, PSB, IOB.)
Rest of the Banks are in the process for sending emails. Plz check your email on regular basis.

| I don't understand how the independency of auditors is maintained by alloting the branch/central audit by the management of bank and that too without any published criteria/policy. Secondly what is the logic behind alloting branches which are very far away. It unnecessarily increase problem for audit firm as well as increasees travelling expenses for bank(s)

| Not yet received any mails / assignments from any banks ,Keeping faith on GOD, only . CA. Aswini Saha , MEF no : 01806 in kolkata , many of my known CA firms not received mails/ allotment letters . This is for information.

| We have not received any mails from any banks. Our city is not in the list of cities which has cooling period. But too we are not finding any reason why the branch audit is not alloted.

| Inspite of sending lists of " Non- continuing "( Cooling Periods of three year) auditors by the ICAI to RBI and all PSU Banks , no mails has been received form any Banks .
