For the previous week, India's foreign exchange reserves dropped by $1.98 billion during the week ending December 13, 2024, settling at $652.87 billion.

Meanwhile, Gold reserves were down by $2.3 billion to $65.7 billion. Special Drawing Rights (SDRs) dipped to $112 million, now totalling $17.88 billion, while the reserve position in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) contracted by $23 million, standing at $42.17 billion.
