COMPLIANCE DATE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF STANDARD PROPOSAL FORM FOR LIFE INSURANCE
CIRCULAR NO. IRDA/LIFE/APEG/CIR/149/08/2013, DATED 2-8-2013
Taking into account various representations received from Life Insurance Industry, the competent Authority, under the provisions of Regulation 12 of IRDA (Standard Proposal Form for Life Insurance ) Regulations, 2013 has deferred the implementation of obligations under sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 of IRDA (Standard Proposal Form for Life Insurance) Regulations to 1st April, 2014.
