CBDT has vide CIRCULAR NO.03/2014 Dated, the 24th January, 2014 issued EXPLANATORY NOTES TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE FINANCE ACT, 2013. Explanatory Notes cover the following Topics / Provision :-
