The Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Act,2020 (VSVS) has been enacted on 17.3.2020.
The Rules alongwith Forms1-5 of VivadSeVishwasScheme2020 have been notified on18.3.2020 vide notification No.18 of 2020.
