NOTIFICATION
I, Prashant Goyal, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Delhi, in exercise ofthe powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Delhi ValueAdded Tax Act, 2004, hereby direct that no security would be required to befurnished by such dealers, who apply online for registration with the Departmentup to the 30th of June, 2013. However, the dealers, who apply for registrationmanually, shall furnish the prescribed security, in the usual manner.
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
